Your timeless painting crafted with professional-quality acrylic paints on a gallery wrapped canvas (1.5” depth) will be ready to display as-is in your home. Your painting will be varnished for protection from UV damage.

In all Packages, the newlyweds will be captured in detail during a moment of your choice. All Packages offer the option to include pets! Each Package includes up to 6 hours of live wedding painting.

Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Prices are for the 2025-2026 season and are subject to change. All Package Prices include shipping costs within Canada*, and travel for destinations up to 50km from Halton Hills, ON**.

*International shipping fees are not included in the Package Prices

  • What is the difference between the Packages?

    The main difference between the Packages is the size of the canvas. A larger canvas allows for more of the background to be painted, and
    more detail may be incorporated. If you’re interested in highlighting the beauty of your venue, then a larger canvas size may work best for you.


    What part of the day will be painted?

    This is up to you! Moments that can be painted include exiting the altar, the first kiss, the first dance, or a staged portrait. If you’re unsure, we can work together during a consultation call to pick the scene that works best for your wedding.


    Is framing included?

    Framing is not included, but the edges of the canvas will be painted for a polished look. Wiring will be added to the back of the canvas so you can hang it up right away.


    What materials do you use?

    I use professional quality, gallery-wrapped canvases with a 1.5" depth, and I paint with professional-grade acrylic paints. These are vibrant and fast drying, allowing me to add many layers to your painting within a single day. Acrylic paints may also be combined with mediums to add transparency and texture wherever needed. The painting will be sealed with satin varnish to ensure your keepsake is long-lasting and protected from UV damage.

    Can other family members or guests be included in the painting?

    For an additional fee, up to two guests can be included in the painting alongside the newlyweds. Pets can be added for free!

  • Do you travel?

    For the 2025 to 2026 season, I am available to travel to venues within Canada. There are no travel fees for venues within 50 km of Halton, Ontario. For venues further than a 50 km drive from Halton, a travel fee to cover gas will be added on top of the Package Price. For venues that are more than a 3 hour drive from Halton, travel fees may also include overnight accommodations or flights.


    What do you need from the venue?

    I bring all of my own supplies.  Your venue will just need to provide a small painting area for me to set up. I will also need access to a nearby outlet, running water, and somewhere I can dump paint water.  If setting up outdoors during extreme weather conditions, I will need access to a covered area to paint.


    What is needed to secure my date?

    A non-refundable deposit of $1000 and a signed contract is required to secure your date. The deposit will be applied towards the total cost, which will be due 1 week prior to your wedding date.


    How long will it take to receive my finished painting?

    The time required to finish your painting may vary depending on my schedule. After the event, the painting will be returned to my studio for finishing touches and varnishing. The painting will be available for shipping within 6 to 12 weeks.


    How will I receive my painting?

    Your painting will be securely packaged and shipped to your location as an insured parcel. If shipping within Canada, shipping costs are included in all Package Prices.
