Guest portraits offer a fun experience and a sweet favour for guests to remember your beautiful wedding day by. My fashion illustration-inspired wedding guest portraits are painted live during the reception to quickly capture the fashion, hairstyles, and energy of your wedding guests.

If guests are interested in taking home their own painting, they can stop by my table to have a reference photo taken. Each guest painting takes about 6 minutes to complete (12 minutes for couple paintings). Many guests will get to take their portrait home with them at the end of the night!

Base Price: $2000

Includes up to 5 hours of live painting at the event and 40 to 50 guest portraits (or 20 to 25 couples) painted at the wedding.

For additional post-event portraits:

Discounted $200 hourly rate for additional portraits painted post-event (approximately 10 guest portraits or 5 couple portraits per hour)

Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Prices are for the 2025-2026 season and are subject to change.
Shipping fees for portraits completed post-event are not included in the base price.
Travel is free to venues within 50km of Halton Hills. Additional travel fees may apply.

How do I secure my date?
Complete the guest portrait enquiry form below to confirm if your date is available. A non-refundable deposit of $1000 and a signed contract is required to secure your date. The deposit will be applied towards the total cost, which will be due 1 week prior to your wedding date.

What do you need from the venue?
I bring all of my own materials, including lighting, signage, shelves to display portraits, and a white or black tablecloth. I only require a 6' table and chair to be provided at the venue, as well as a nearby outlet and a water source.

Do guests have to stay at the table to be painted?
Nope! When guests stop by my table, I'll take a photo of them to use as a reference for their portrait. They're free to rejoin the festivities, or stay nearby to watch the painting process.

Can you move between locations throughout the night?
I can move to a different location once during the night, as long as a 6' table and chair are provided in both locations.
What materials do you use?
All guest portraits are painted on 5"x7" watercolour paper. I use an alcohol-based fineliner for the initial sketch, and watercolours to add a splash of colour. Guest portraits are placed in a clear sleeve for a clean finish and safe keeping.

Will all of the guests get to take home a portrait?
Many of your guests will! I can paint at your event for up to 5 hours, and complete up to 50 individual portraits (or 25 couple portraits) during this time. If you want to make sure all of your guests are painted, I will take photos of the remaining guests and complete the portraits in my studio at a discounted hourly rate.

How will I recieve the portraits completed after the event?
Portraits completed after the event will be shipped to the newlyweds within 3 weeks of the wedding to distribute to their guests. Shipping fee will be added to the overall cost.
